CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES
Taste what the SF Chronicle calls some of the best Chocolate Chunk Cookies in the Bay Area. They are made in small batches by hand and filled with large chunks of Valrhona Chocolate (62% cacao). Each one weighs about 100g a piece and melt into beautiful chocolate layers once our cookies are baked. Topped with Maldon Sea Salt to help balance out the sweetness in the cookie and chocolate. Perfectly crispy on the edges and chewy in the center.
MOCHI BITES
An assortment of our best selling mochi bites- they come in Thai Tea, Lychee, Lilikoi and Brown Butter. Gluten Free and deliciously crunchy on the outside and the texture of butter mochi on the inside. Perfectly shareable.

Bake Sum , Oakland's hit Asian American bakery, was founded by Joyce Tang in 2020. Joyce and her team love all things leavened, fluffy, and delicious, they utilize their skills as pastry chefs to bring you memorable pastries.
The word "Sum" or 心 has many meanings and when translated directly into Cantonese Chinese it means heart. Sum also represents the addition of two or more things, people and/or ingredients. Bake Sum shares with you a little piece of their hearts in each pastry.

Bake Sum × Sheng Kee Bakery Special Edition Mooncakes 🥮
Each box has 8 mooncakes, and includes 2 each of the following original flavors:
COCONUT MANGO: This mooncake is filled with a white bean (shiro anko) and toasted coconut flakes with a golden yellow mango pate de fruit at the center. It has the look and feel of a traditional egg yolk mooncake but with a lighter, fruitier, island vibe.
BLACK SESAME YUZU: Black sesame often underpins many of Bake Sum's most popular pastry, like our black sesame snickerdoodle and our black sesame kumquat croissant. We combine a nutty toasted black sesame with a refreshingly tart yuzu pate de fruit at the center.
PINEAPPLE MAGRUT LIME: Our pineapple magrut lime mooncake is a dual nod to both the traditional Taiwanese Pineapple Cakes and our popular Pineapple Buns at Bake Sum. Pineapple often symbolizes good luck and fortune coming your way and who doesn't want more of that?
HOJICHA WHITE CHOCOLATE: This flavor combination is a popular one for a fall beverages from our Director of Operations, Ari Daoheuang. Melody Anne Lorenzo, better known as the “Pinay Pie Lady,” serves as an ambassador of Filipino desserts in the Bay Area. Katherine and Sean, a husband and wife duo, run an "udon-ya" in San Francisco. The key to their delicious udon is the technique they learned in Kagawa, Japan. Kagawa-Ya makes all of their sanuki-style udon in-house, aging it for two days before it's rolled and sliced into long, luxurious strands.
Their scratch-made broths retain the perfect texture of the udon. With Chef Sean's unique creations and Katherine running the front of the house, they offer a delightful dining experience for Bay Area foodies seeking comfort food and efficient service.
