I am so very honored to have had the chance to work with Bahishta. She spent a few months at UC Davis Children's Hospital to get a bone marrow transplant to treat Beta Thalassemia.

It is Halloween in March! Cheer on Ashton in his virtuoso performance of "This Is Halloween." Behind the scenes - Ashton did listen to the song while performing, but he based all of his moves and actions on memory, without any on-set visual reference of the movie. Patients at UC Davis Children's Hospital are so lucky that they have multiple facility dogs to ease their stay in the hospital. And we got extra lucky when Emma decided to introduce Daniels and show off all his talents. We had many giggles while filming, Emma did such a fine job with him and was so very patient. Davis 7 is the pediatric unit at UC Davis Children's Hospital and sometimes, if we're lucky, we are able to engage a lot of staff to make the director's dream come true. Rylee wrote this script and directed the short film and we are so proud of her for accomplishing this mini thriller, Murder on Davis 7.

Many moons ago we worked with Baylor at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland on this Lego stop motion. We stayed in touch with his Mom and her is what she said. Thanks, Shari Nihei Fredrickson and Bay!

"Baylor Fredrickson is now 15 years old and a Sophomore in high school. He loves basketball, track, lifting weights and hanging out with his good buddies. He was so young while in the hospital he only has spotty memories but making Battle on the Mountain was one of the core memories he does still have. He didn’t quite understand what was happening at the time but was amazed at the end product. Most importantly it gave him something interesting and interactive to do during the most boring and painful time in his life. We would like to thank Baykids for such a wonderful program and experience."

We worked with Alexa on these super cool catapults and had so much fun playing. And she did such a fabulous job assembling and explaining. If you build these, you won’t stop playing. I promise.
