Mental Health Hook Up is your community’s go to resource in supporting you and helping your loved one We believe that mental illness affects the whole family.

We believe in the humane delivery of services and opportunities for stabilization that can relieve some of the pressure and anxiety that comes with chaos in the home. For that reason, we engage with family members. We provide mental health social services. This means we provide clinical care management, referrals, individual and family therapy, and placement just to name a few. We make home calls,
