Know the Massachusetts Social Host Law: It's illegal for adults to allow underage drinking at home, even if they're not there. Buying alcohol for those under 21 is also against the law. Furnishing alcohol to someone under 21, including selling or delivering, is illegal. Adults can be held responsible, even if they're not present. The law applies to gatherings you control, like hotel rooms boats, or rental properties. See website for a printable PDF.

Using a Fake ID can lead to serious consequences for minors under 21. This includes a $300 fine, a court appearance, potential criminal record, and adverse effects on college and future employment prospects. Moreover, the RMV may suspend your driver's license for 180 days or longer if convicted. Remember, creating or altering an ID is a separate felony offense, and additional charges and fees may apply. Think twice before taking such risks. 🚫🆔

There is evidence for CBD alleviating anxiety symptoms - but that is a totally different class of product and not what is commonly consumed by young people.
Appreciate the factual reportung by WSJ authors Andrea Peterson and Julie Wernau, and the brave folks who contributed to the article. There is always so much backlash when speaking truth to this topic. It's not personal, just science.
