It's all about showing up πͺ These fine folks got their 17+ check-ins in February even with the short month! Make the gym part of your routine. It's hibernation season βοΈ so there's no need to go hard every day. Show up, and move your body!

This week only, our three-session introductory series is FREE for anyone who signs up for an unlimited membership starting the following Monday 1/15.
In these classes, we teach the fundamental movement patterns of CrossFit and individually address any concerns you may have. We also talk about what CrossFit is, how to get the most out of it, and how to stay safe and have fun challenging yourself at Loft!

What's in store for fitness at Loft this week?!
π΄ Monday will be some unilateral balance+strength work. This is the good stuff that prevents injuries and adds years to your fitness career!
πͺ On Tuesday, we continue to build in weight on our fan favorite - bench press!
π§ Wednesday brings us some central nervous system training with high skill and high intensity work. Fitness isn't just about the muscles!
π« On Thursday we've got good old fashioned grind work for your cardiorespiratory system or recovery work if you worked out all three days MTW π
ποΈββοΈ We've got barbell gymnastics (aka weightlifting) on Friday to build that coordination, power, and speed.
π― Join us Saturday for some past partner competition workouts to sharpen the knife for next week's Nightmare on California Ave competition (registration link in bio)!
π¦ And that brings us to Sunday's sweat sesh, the mash up! Three workouts for the price of one! What a deal!
