American recording artist, Zach Person, is the new face of indie rock. Wielding his electric guitar, Person plays loud, raw and connects with his music fans on a primal level sonically. His brand new sophomore album entitled, “Let’s Get Loud”, (ReleasedMarch 01) showcases the songwriter's ability to produce a variety of both high energy rock anthems and head-bobbing funk rhythms. Produced by Nashville based rocker,Tyler Bryant, Person describes the album as an audio diary of his mid-twenties, bestowing it the title, “Let’s Get Loud”, as a nod to his musical mantra.Zach commences his “Let’s Get Loud ‘24 North American Spring Tour” on April 14 and will tour Europe / UK in June of 2024. Stay tuned as Zach will be releasing new music throughout the course of the year

Update! 🛠️ It’s been a month since we swung open our doors at Cafe Racer in Capitol Hill, Seattle, and the renovations are in full swing! 🚀 Last week, we tackled plumbing and electrical upgrades, enhancing guest experience, safety, and comfort. Not all heroes wear capes; some wear tool belts! 🔧💡

But that’s not all—we’ve been busy sprucing up the exterior with window treatments and a fresh coat of paint. 🖌️ Exciting news: We’re exploring a new color palette for the mezzanine as we gear up to launch our Champagne Bar in the new year! 🥂✨ Feedback welcome 💜🌟

Our focus this past week was the artist green room, where we’re revealing the original beauty of the building’s roof and walls. 🎨 We’re on track to unveil a fully functional artist green room experience just in time for our Headliner Show on Dec 29th featuring Cazzette! 🎶 Save the date!

Now, let’s talk numbers. Transparency matters, and we’re aiming to raise $144k—covering a year of rent at $12k/month and $50k for renovations,new infrastructure and equipment.

🏠 To date, our ownership group has been superheroes, covering all operational and renovation costs. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️
