"Telling Lives Old Stories in a True way" by Beth Barfoot Clarke is back with a powerful new season called "Alcohol, Intoxicants, 'Accidents' in America". This season is dedicated to the memory of Jada Bright, whose life was tragically cut short by a drunk driver in 2018.

Jada's legacy lives on through the high school students across Louisiana, where her story is shared to raise awareness about the dangers of drinking and driving. And now, Beth Barfoot Clarke is using her platform to tell Jada's story and the stories of others affected by this devastating issue.

Kassandra is 1 of the 8 previous recipients of The Jada Bright Heart of Gold Scholarship! She is also in the first group of students to receive The Heart of Gold Scholarship!! We are so proud that she is apart of Jada's Legacy!!! Kassandra is doing great and is very excited and nervous about graduation this May! She is currently at LSU and will graudate with a Bachelor's in Biology. Kassandra is also in the process of interviewing for dental school, with hopes of starting in the Fall. We are very proud of all her accomplishments and hard work!

Not ONLY is Claire 1 of the 8 previous recipients of the Jada Bright Heart of Gold Scholarship! She is also in the first group of students to receive The Heart of Gold Scholarship!! We are so proud that she is apart of Jada's Legacy!!! Claire is doing great! She is currently a senior at LSU School of Nursing set to graduate with her BSN this May. After graduation she plans to work as a Critical Care Nurse. We are very proud of her accomplishments and hard work!
