All valid vote-by-mail ballots are processed in every election in CA, regardless of the outcome or closeness of any race, if they’re postmarked by Election Day & arrive to the county elections official within 7 days. The official canvass is open to the public. www.sos.ca.gov/elections/official-canvass.
The Polls are now CLOSED. If you were in line before 8 p.m., STAY IN LINE. You still have the right to cast your ballot. Once every polling place is closed, you can view the live tally of election results at ElectionResults.sos.ca.gov.
