It’s time you release built-up pain and begin living life to the fullest.

We all need someone to believe in us.

I’ve never met anyone who didn’t possess beauty and light.

This time of year can be hard for anyone. Remember to blast your music 🎵 and dance around your living room 💃 , bake some cookies 🍪 , and FaceTime or Skype your friends and family 👫 . If you need someone to talk to, we are accepting new clients and would love to be there for you this holiday season. ❄️ ♥️

Have your cafecito, your breakfast. Take a shower and get dressed. Surround yourself with your pet who offers unconditional love and acceptance. Make sure you breathe throughout the day.
Make the conscious decision to be kind and gentle towards one another. And most importantly, make sure you vote.

At a time when there is so much fear, chaos and uncertainty, only grasp hold of what you can. Let go of everything else. This is especially important today, when we have so much at stake.

Allowing fear to guide us puts us in that survival fight or flight state. That’s the stage where we make irrational choices for self preservation purposes. We can easily allow fear to overtake us which in affect will harm others and our relationships or we can choose to tell ourselves that our nation is a beautiful country filled with intelligent, wise, courageous, strong, and resilient individuals who will together stand for the sake of unity and goodness.

Please join forces with me today and do something kind for another human being. It’s a great day to Pay It Forward.

With much love, respect, and prayer for you and our nation,
Karina Anderson

I'm Not Girly Enough... 10/31/2020

When will we see that we are enough? This young woman is wise beyond her years. This video is definitely worth watching and sharing with others; especially, young women. It’s time we accept ourselves as we are and stop trying to mold ourselves as others see fit.

I'm Not Girly Enough... I used to hate being a girl... Today I share my mental health journey on how I denounced my femininity, but later found comfort in self-validation. Thank you...

Hello. I hope this reaches you in good health. I want you to know that I am here for you. Currently, new restrictions are being put in place to protect ourselves and others. These new restrictions are causing changes in the way we live our lives. Sometimes, when we feel we are not in control of the world around us, we become anxious and scared. These emotions can control how we think and act. When we allow ourselves to become absorbed by these emotions, we stop living and isolate. Evidence-based research finds that the more a person feels a sense of connection and support from others, the more they will view their world optimistically and curiously. Therefore, I want to begin this type of positive culture one video at a time.
Make a video and post it on this page. The rules are simple: Introduce yourself and do your thing. When a video is put up, comment. Please no negative responses to anyone’s video. Rule of thumb: if you can’t say what you’re about to say to the person you value most, don’t say it.
Here are some ideas: share a talent (sing a song, play an instrument), teach a new dance; teach a yoga pose; teach a coping skill; share a recipe; tell a joke; etc.
This will be our capsule to remember how strong we are under adversity.

With much care,
Karina Anderson
