To my incredible Female Elite community…

After 16 years of performance training I have decided to change careers and will no longer be doing in-person training.

It has been the pleasure of my life to work with thousands of AMAZING young women over the years.

I loved helping you achieve your athletic goals but MOST OF ALL I admire you for the HIGH QUALITY of human that you have become. I have witnessed you navigating the ups and downs of life WITH GRACE and I am confident you have the tools to CONQUER what life throws at you next.

Let’s continue to BUILD OURSELVES while LIFTING EACH OTHER UP!

INJURY REDUCTION


It doesn’t matter how good you are if you’re on the bench with an injury.

Take 👏 time👏for👏injury👏reduction👏

Four way hip is one of my favorites. This simple band exercise strengthens the muscles around the hips.

Strong hips will help control the movement of the knees.

HIP. STRENGTH.


The hips are the center of the universe 🌎🪐☄️

💥If your hips are strong, you have better control through your knee joint.

💥Strong (efficiently rotated) hips also help reduce the load on the shoulder joint during throwing and other arm swing movements.
