Perseverance and an unbreakable mindset helped Brian conquer the Spartan Trifecta in Utah, a course renowned for its challenging high heat and elevation. Just a year after recovering from a torn rotator cuff, Brian Norris, also known as the Silver Bullet, continues to tackle impressive distances and overcome obstacles at age 60. Brian, you embody the true spirit of resilience—keep pushing through every challenge and living your Fit Life to the fullest!
It’s the accumulation of many small steps that ultimately prepares us for the great leaps we experience when we keep moving. CoreFit member embodies this truth. After losing over 100 pounds and overcoming the fears that once drove her to build protective barriers, she continues to embrace new challenges to grow stronger. Most recently, Tethra completed a 12-hour endurance event outside Missoula, Montana, running through the night under the full moon. Despite the race’s difficulty, she used those moments as fuel for growth and achieved second place overall on her course. Well done, Tethra, rider of dragons!
