Ladies class will happen on the second Saturday of this month! Come celebrate with us for an annual “Galentines” Day workout - a celebration of all the strong women in our lives.
Saturday, February 11th from 8:00am -10:00 am. Refreshments to be provided. Join us!

New Beginnings.
We have never been a community that speaks much of “resolutions”, but rather focuses on goals, habits, and discipline. Resolutions are too often hollow and born from negative emotional responses.
Goals are set with achievable steps in mind.
Habits are the framework we form for positive change.
Discipline is woven into our character.
