Why does our programming include monostructural sprint intervals on the rower, bike, echo, and ski? Because we believe it’s the most efficient way to apply maximal intensity without undue exposure to injury.

There is not a better way if you are looking to build significant capacity and muscular endurance.

So proud of the hard work and commitment has shown in this last year. In addition to significant weight loss, his doctor just took him off a blood pressure medicine he has been taking for the last decade.

New Beginnings.
We have never been a community that speaks much of “resolutions”, but rather focuses on goals, habits, and discipline. Resolutions are too often hollow and born from negative emotional responses.
Goals are set with achievable steps in mind.
Habits are the framework we form for positive change.
Discipline is woven into our character.
