To support our patient, she worked with our behaviorist, Kayla for 4 weeks on calmness, boundaries, disengagement and building grit!

Staying in our VIP suite when it was time to spay Lucy alleviated both her and dad's nerves! From meeting the surgical team, being prepped and the procedure itself, the full day can be scary ...but it doesn't have to be! Lucy and her dad were grateful to be able to stay together.

Resonate with this story but can’t take the day off? No problem! We are work-from-home friendly with Wi-Fi, coffee and snacks for our pet parents. Work from our in-suite space so you can stay with your pet during their procedure.

Our Latah Creek team schedules and sees a fixed number of patients per day to make your veterinary experience more collaborative & low-stress for everyone! If appointments are full, please know you still have our support! Come in the next day or, if in crisis, head to the pet ER. 🚑

This is why we are firm about last minute cancellations as they disrupt our pet care capacity.

While we understand pets get better and things happen, we still encourage letting us know with as much notice as possible to accommodate and honor ALL our patients.
