Without Them I Am Lost Without Them I Am Lost is a meditation on landscape and the shape of home. The story follows American writer, Damon Falke, as he considers the implications of migrating to the far north of Norway, above the Arctic Circle.

Join us at Saranac Art Projects in Spokane, WA, during the month of April for CLIMBING EROS, featuring a series of 17 paintings made of foraged inks by Rebekah Wilkins-Pepiton. The exhibition features two meditations written for the project by Damon Falke .

The paintings were created as part of making a documentary that explores the stages of pilgrimage. The film will be screened as a part of the exhibition.

A book signing with Wilkins-Pepiton and Falke will be held along with the closing reception on Friday, April 28, 6-8pm.

CLIMBING EROS features a series of watercolor paintings made of foraged inks by Rebekah Wilkins-Pepiton alongside a braided set of poems by Damon Falke – one of confession, one of returning to materiality. The work originated as part of our film of the same title which explores Jean-Luc Marion’s notion that “Loving requires distance and the crossing of distance.”
