Crossroads College Preparatory School
An independent, co-ed school offering a rigorous college-prep curriculum for grades 7-12.
Our float trips go wayyyy back to the 80s! 🛟 After last week’s Boundless float, we were tickled pink to find such similar photos in the 1988-89 yearbook. Middle School still goes to camp, but now they go at the end of the year, having three Boundless days in the beginning. What are your favorite memories of traditions at Crossroads? Come reminisce at the 50th Celebration Weekend: register now at https://crossroadscollegeprep.org/50th/
5th Day is BACK! 💚 Today, we kicked off quarter 1 with new courses, STL Architecture, Video Production and Animation, The Food of STL Neighborhoods, Car Maintenance, Upcycle Fashion, Civitas, and Rock Climbing, and a few returning by popular demand, Outdoor Education, Theatre Tech Design Immersion, and Drone Crew.
Be boundless! ⚡The past three days, our middle schoolers have participated in our unique Boundless curriculum, a chance for classes to bond and students to discover their expansive self by stepping out of their comfort zones, speaking up, and having fun! Highlights from the week have included taking the metro to CityGarden, a Cardinals game, and a Friday Float trip.
Happy First Day of School! 🌈 Our building is overflowing with the joy of students and staff excited to come together in community once more. From the Boundless energy of our middle school, to juniors dashing to their first off campus lunches, to new freshmen courageously beginning high school, YOU are the sparks that light up Crossroads!

Crossroads at The Fox! 🎭 Joe ‘24 and Esmé ‘26 recently performed on the Fox Theater stage to a packed house. They represented Crossroads in a group of students from St. Louis and surrounding counties at St. Louis Musical Theater Awards night. What an incredible experience!
Happy Pride from Crossroads! 🏳️🌈 From our House colors to Double Rainbow to our very own Pride Week, we are big fans of rainbows and supporting the LBGTQ+ community. The first Pride Parade, organized by bisexual Brenda Howard and fellow activists, began on June 28, 1970, one year after the historic Stonewall Uprising in New York. Black trans women like Marsha P. Johnson were essential leaders at Stonewall and in q***r liberation movements both before and after Stonewall.
We believe that q***r students must be both protected and uplifted, and we work hard to do both in our educational community. When the world feels unfriendly, we want our space to provide students with safety and comfort. We all deserve to feel joyful in our identities, feeling seen and respected as we discover ourselves. We hope you have all taken some time to celebrate Pride this month and have a showstopping finale to look forward to this weekend!
Panamania! 🍍 Kristen McCullough and Diana Corey, Spanish and Mandarin teachers respectively, took a wonderful group of students to Panama this month! Their favorite adventures included touring a pineapple farm, dancing and playing soccer with the indigenous Emberá people, and spotting sloths. Next up: China 2026!
