The HEFG is a focal group that meets regularly to discuss issues concerning the state of humanities education in K-12 and higher ed.
The HEFG is part of Stanford University's Division of Literatures, Cultures, and Languages. It is an interdisciplinary discussion group that explores issues concerning teaching and learning in the humanities, including research on student learning, innovation in pedagogy, the role of new technologies in humanities instruction, and professional issues for humanities teachers at all educational levels.
