November 1 is All Saints Day. Enjoy Mass today. Tomorrow is All Souls Day, when we remember all of our loved ones who have passed away.
Happy All Hallows Eve tonight. Do you remember Trick-or-Treating at St. Rita with Fr. Baffaro giving out full sized boxes of Cracker Jacks to all the kids? My favorite place to go every year.

Fran Laudadio passed away late last month. Her funeral is scheduled for Saturday, October 19, 11 am at St. Rita. RIP Fran.
St. Rita 10 a.m. Prayer Service on Saturday, October 12, will include the Annointing of the Sick and then followed by a Coffee Hour in the church hall.

Prayer Saturday is at 10 am. Sleep in, then join us. No Mass, just prayer then coffee hour afterwards.
Come pray with us at 9 am tomorrow. STARTING September 7, we will move prayer to 10 am. Coffee hour and visiting follow our 20 minute prayer time.

Update: Rosary will be held on August 13, 2024 at 9:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 am at St. Aloysius Chapel at Bellarmine Preparatory School and an Internment service at Tacoma National Cemetery at 1:30 pm.

Fr. Tuan included a letter in this weekend's parish bulletin that states that St. Rita is NOT a station but is designated St. Rita CHURCH of the PSJXXIII parish. Such welcome news.

St. Rita Day Mass and reception were wonderful last night thanks to our wonderful volunteers. Thanks also to all who brought delicious desserts. All really enjoyed the evening.

Guelda Messina, longtime very active St. Rita parishioner, passed away on Tuesday. Rosary will be at St. Rita on Thursday, June 6 at 6 pm. Funeral will be at Holy Cross Church on Friday, June 7 at 11 am.
