Norpoint Soccer Club

This is a reminder that the Norpoint MICRO DAY is today, at Meeker Middle School beginning at 6:00 pm.

This is a "Meet & Greet". Kids will find out what team they are on, who their coach is and who their teammates are.

Have your kiddos wear their cleats or tennis shoes. There will be some fun games for them to play, being run by the older soccer players in the Club.

There is also an equipment exchange of new and gently used gear. If you need something, check it out. If you have something to donate, please bring it.

Norpoint Soccer Club is looking for a web designer with Wordpress experience.

This is a volunteer position.

2-3 hours per month commitment.

Congratulations to all of the Norpoint Soccer Club SSUL Spring teams who competed this season!
We had 8 teams registered:
- 6 teams came in First place
- 1 team finished in Second
- 1 team finished in Fifth

We are a small but mighty club. Norpoint teams had the highest point per game out of 13 clubs with 2.58 points average per game.

Also a big shout out to the coaches and parents for your tireless dedication!

Hello Norpoint Soccer Point Parents, Coaches and Members,

The Norpoint Soccer Club would like to congratulate the Washington Youth Soccer Rec Cup Division 3 Champions, the Norpoint Boys U9 Dooniesaurs!!!

The Dooniesaurs, coached by Noah Davis, have advanced to the State Quarter-Finals round!!!

The Quarter-Finals will be held this Sunday, December 3rd at 3pm at Meeker Middle School. I would encourage all who can make it to show up and support this team while playing 'the beautiful game.'

This team has trained hard and represented Norpoint with great sportsmanship. Let's show up and cheer them on as they look to advance to the next round.

Hello Norpoint Soccer Club Parents, Coaches and Supporters,

In this year’s South Sound United League (SSUL) Recreational Cup tournament, Norpoint Soccer was represented by two teams:

· BU10 Norpoint Sea Dawgs with Head Coach, Leo Gonzalez, Assistant Coach, Aaron Gowin

· BU09 Norpoint Dooniesaurs with Head Coach, Noah Davis.

The Norpoint Sea Dawgs made it to the Rec Cup District 3 Finals last Sunday, November 12th, and lost 0-3. Congratulations to Leo, Aaron and the kids for putting in the hard work and making it to the final game! The competition at this level is hard fought and no small task to progress as a team. Great work!

This coming Sunday, November 19, the Norpoint Dooniesaurs will be playing in the Rec Cup District 3 Final! Congratulations to Noah and his team for putting in the work and playing some challenging teams. We are excited that you have the opportunity to play in the finals as this is a great experience for your kids, parents and the club.

For those who can make it, the Dooniesaurs will play at Karl Grosch Field at Steel Lake Sunday Nov. 19th, 10am. Please come out and cheer on Norpoint!

Registration for 2023 Fall Soccer is CLOSED.

There are limited opening for Micro (2018-2019), GU7 (2017), BU8 (2016), BU9 (2015) and GU12 (2012-2013).

Teams have been formed and uniforms have been ordered.
Any new players added are not guaranteed to receive a uniform before the season starts.

No more special requests will be taken by the registrar.

COACHES will also be able to sign up for their practice days/times.

Club sponsored training with Hadji Sow will be on Friday July 28th & Friday August 4th.

- 5pm to 6pm is U8 to U11

- 6pm to 7pm is U12 to U15

Coach (& parent) participation is a must! Coaches can learn some practice drills & skills to use. With adults helping, the kids will get more out of these trainings!

Norpoint Soccer Club is hosting a Club Dinner & Auction event on Saturday, October 8th at 7-11pm at the Browns Point Improvement Club (BPIC) facility. The purpose of the auction is to raise money for the Norpoint Soccer Club so the club can continue to purchase new equipment (goals, nets, flags, paint, etc) for the fields, uniforms, and keep player registration rates low. We will have a great meal, live and silent auction of team baskets, and games with $$ prizes. There will be alcohol served and/or available, so this is an Adult Only auction event.

The PCSA (Pierce County Soccer Association) has received a number of inquiries regarding PCSA's policy on air quality and when play should be canceled. PCSA follows the guidelines set by the state using information from the Department of Ecology for the state of Washington. Click on the link below for the different categories and their descriptions.
