Come in costume to skate for free, and maybe you’ll win the costume contest! Kiddo costume judging at 3 and then some rad mini games like skate limbo for prizes - then at 5 we’re having a best trick comp on the mini ramp tombstone extension and giving away prizes for best adult costume at 5:45!

Fall is in the air…can ya feel it?!?!

We’re adding a new session of Drop-In hours to Sundays so there’s more time to shred! Also a reminder Drop-Ins are offered every Friday, Sat, and Sunday without fail! $20 park Rentals are available all week and weekend mornings, and if the park isn’t booked you can always catch a walk-in Drop-In for $5 an hour!

Don’t let the cold weather and wet ground scare ya, we got plenty of dry ramps waiting for you!

METALS summer session wrapped yesterday with 9 handmade and fully customized decks!

This group learned how to layup, press, template, shape, and sand boards as well as using design software to render custom graphics - the side by sides are pretty solid!

With some guidance and support, youth used a mixture of vinyl cut stencils, spray paint, and paint pens to apply designs to their decks and they turned out great!

As part of the program to recognize the hard work they put into their projects, participants earn a stipend to build out the decks and take home rideable boards upon completion! A lot to do in only 20hrs over the course of 10 weeks!

Grateful for our partnership with Pierce County Juvenile Court to fund and offer positive youth development programs like METALS!

We’re already miss .e as she heads back to school on the east coast 🥲

If you did anything with us this summer, you prob saw what a huge amount of work Estella carried, from summer camps to pop ups, volunteer support, beginner hours, and holding things down in the shop!

We wish you a very successful school year and hope you get lots of time to skate and create! Thank you for being an absolute boss and spreading so much stoke in only 2.5 months!

We got the pop up park set up and ready roll in between the baseball fields at Fort Steilacoom Park with instructors and loaner boards and a fingerboard park! FREE All Day!

The shop and indoor are closed today while we’re out here soaking up the sunshine!

Then next week we are debuting a new pop up park feature in Lakewood at the Summerfest Event! Lots to do, plenty to skate!

Sign up for comps in person tomorrow starting at 12 - the whole Go Skate Tacoma event will be happening on the hill outside Alchemy (311 S 7th St) and runs until 6pm!

We just wrapped our ELO session 2 skate club programs at Lister and Arlington elementary this week - to celebrate we made some custom school decks for students to sign that we can proudly hang in our park!
