Recently Completed Project: Clubhouse Refresh and Adult Dining Renovation. We are thankful to be apart of this project and the construction team that made this project a success.

The team is gearing up to start two multi-story, mixed-use buildings in 2024 at Middlebrook Agrihood for Diligent Development and we couldn't be more excited!

Today we met with for a lunch and learn, and better understand what they do, and how they can be a value add partner when an event strikes. Thank you for the hospitality.

It started back in 2021 with an idea to make Des Moines hotter. Soon they will have 3 locations across the metro. We’ve built them all. thank you for trusting us as your building partner! We are blessed to be a part of your success.

A little to this salon-spa in Norwalk. was a 1,400 SF design-build project we built in 2021. A big thanks to our design partners and Cooper Crawford.

A 2023 Project Completion from earlier this year . The project consisted of a 2,200SF 8-op addition, with new sterilization and lab space for the doctors and their staff along with modifications to the existing plumbing, HVAC, electrical and dental equipment.

Today was Tyler’s last day at before heading back up to . We drowned our sorrows in and had a team lunch grill out, featuring pit master on the grill.

Today we took some time as a team to volunteer with . We packaged over 9,000 meals to help those in need.
