We're looking for a diesel mechanic to service our fleet of dump trucks and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills

CDL Preferred (willing to assist in getting CDL)
Must be able to operate torches and weld
Have required tools
Willing to work OT and weekends Maintain/repair fleet of dump trucks and construction equipment
We're seeking individuals with experience in diagnosing & repairing engines, hydraulic systems, suspensions, drive-train components, electrical, air conditioning, air brakes, computer diagnostics & basic electrical wiring
3 years experience preferred
Clean driving record
Must pass pre-employment drug screen

We offer dump truck service for sand, gravel, and dirt to be used for construction service. We also offer transport services of large equipment. We are currently looking for a Manager/Dispatcher to join our team!

Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer experience based on ability to dispatch drivers to jobs at the proper time with the right equipment

•Address problems and requests by providing solutions

•Learn the business from the ground up through our hands-on training program that includes exposure to driver and equipment management, customer service, and transportation logistics

•Apply knowledge company products/services to efficiently process customer information, and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner

•Monitor the jobs to be completed, planned, executed and accordingly

•Provide Drivers with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements

•Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information

•Promote driver safety and safe workplace performance


Qualifications

•Proficient with computer technology, able to learn company-specific software

•Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations

•Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

•Strong oral communication skills and active listening

•Sound judgement and critical thinking

•High School Diploma or Equivalent

•Drug screen and back ground check required

•Must have phone interview and on-site interview with client

•Must have 2-3 years Freight dispatch experience

Keystone Trucking is a family owned dump truck business located in central Iowa. We are looking for a qualified class B CDL driver to join our team.

Hook Lift Driver must:

Have clean driving record.
Have a Class B CDL.
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
Be part of a random drug/alcohol screen pool.
Be able to climb in and out of the back of dump truck several times a day as well as clean dirt out with a shovel.
Ability to load, tie down, and unload equipment and materials.
Do daily pre/post trip inspections and report problems with truck to supervisor.
Perform daily light maintenance to truck (greasing).
Be willing to work long hours during the week.

Our dump trucks regularly haul sand, gravel, dirt, broken concrete and more. We also do equipment hauling, grading and excavation, and other transport. We are currently seeking local truck drivers to drive dump trucks and side dump trucks.
