Tonight our meeting is at the same time as the City meeting about Animal Services. It would help the animals the most if you went to the City meeting. We are sending a representative for VFCC. We will still have our meeting, but it will be short. SO FAR THIS YEAR WE HAVE TNR'ED 953 CATS
It's good to be Queen 👑👑👑. No more litters, vaccinated against disease, and an ear tip, this girl is thriving amongst her colony. Advocate TNR for ferals, spay neuter your pets, be part of the solution.

Let’s all be prepared.
September is and a timely opportunity to create a disaster plan for ourselves, our companion animals, and the community cats we care for. What do you need to know? Start here!
This boy has been thriving in his neighborhood for a few years now, it is not lost on us that he is one of the lucky ones and we can breathe better every day that he shows his face. He proudly wears his ear tip along side with his colony. It breaks our hearts knowing that our local resources cannot provide a shelter stay long enough to find a forever home, but we find comfort knowing that through TNR he has found his place. It bothers us that our local government does not work towards humane solutions for animals in a self proclaimed AG community, but our applause goes out to the feeders that maintain the community in Tulare County.
So much love and support from everyone last night for our Dine to Donate fundraiser at Texas Roadhouse on Mooney Blvd. Lots of full bellies and donations for future clinics. Thank you everyone who came by, always a pleasure to be apart of this community. Keep an eye out for future clinic dates, head to our website for information on vouchers and how you can help your neighborhood with TNR as well as your community by volunteering with us.
‼We need your help‼ VFCC is getting its Barn Cat Program ready to place cats. We will take ONLY CATS IN DANGER and move them to barn situations. They will be acclimated to their new home in a big kennel for two weeks, then the door is opened and they will still have the kennel for another week. The last step will be removing the kennel and letting them enjoy their new safe home.
A cat in danger is a feral/community cat in a colony that is next to a busy road.🙀 We have colonies right next to Mooney Blvd and they are in danger of getting hit by cars. We have also moved colonies from the side of highway 198. Yes, we had to jump some fences, but it worked.

Visalia Feral Cat Coalition A 501C3 not for profit organization serving the Visalia CA area. We educate the public on TNRM
We do what we do to build a healthier community and a better life for feral cats.
Join us this Wednesday night August 28th 3pm-9pm for our Dine to Donate fundraiser at Texas Roadhouse in Visalia on Mooney. Tell your server that you are there for the cats, show this flyer, and get your receipt in the bucket. 10% of what you spend on your meal will automatically be donated to the Visalia Feral Cat Coalition. Come support a team working to push TNR management to reduce the feral population in Tulare County.
What do we do, why do we do it? For the community, to coexist amongst all of the wonderful feral colonies that exist. To reduce the stress on overflowing shelters.
Send us your favorite TNR pics directly to our in box, share your TNR experience with us so that we can share it here as well. We aren't the only ones TNR'ing, assisting colonies to thrive, we are a community and nationwide TNR is amazing. We will post our favorites, good stories preferably as we all know the hardship and pain that comes with what we do. Also in theme with this post remember to decompress.
Mark your calendars and join us for our Dine to Donate fundraiser at the Texas Roadhouse in Visalia August 28th 3pm-9pm. Show your server this flyer and let them know you are there for the cats, make sure they drop your receipt in the bucket and 10% of what you spend on food will be donated to our cause. This apply's to take out, again, same rules to let them know VFCC brought you out. Help us to continue hosting clinics to help feral cats within Tulare County.
The weekend is near and we will be out feral selves back on the streets promoting our August 28th Dine to Donate. When you are "done with the dump" on us event is hosting, catch up with us downtown on Saturday 8/17 posted up in front of from 11am-2pm. Not enough? See us Sunday 8/18 at Texas Roadhouse on Mooney from 10am-1pm. We are looking for donations, for volunteers, and selling our merch. Look forward to seeing you all.

Our problem is the Visalia City Manager, Leslie Caviglia. She is the root of the problem. I am president of Visalia Feral Cat Coalition and she has ordered her workers to remove the food we put out daily all over the city. Here is a city worker removing the food and saying she is the one who ordered him and all city worker to remove any food. https://youtu.be/hiCz0xq0MtI. Visalia Feral Cat Coalition fixes and vaccinates the cats and feed the colonies after. The cats don't breed and the population decreases.
Dogs being euthanized due to lack of budget, not a lack of space at Visalia Animal Services An average of one dog is euthanized at Visalia Animal Services per day, but there are lots of open kennels. The city says it just doesn't have the money to keep animals around for long.
Happy !
If you're caring for community cats, or unowned cats who live outdoors, know that how you feed them matters.

It's a holiday today, happy international 🐈 day. Keep some extra crunchies in your pocket for all the little friends out there today.
Meet "Mama", she is no longer having babies and is TNR'ed. Funny thing is that after we fixed her she showed up with a kitten she had stole from another cat! She has stopped the stealing of kittens and now enjoys being baby free! To help more cats like her please donate!
We are in need of volunteers. If you would like to join our team please come to our meeting on Thursday. We will have description of the jobs we have and a way to sign up.
This adventurous little soul cuts through the neighborhood with confidence but thrives freely with family along the canals in Tulare County. They have a future in TNR, to then continue running with their gang, East Side Ear Tips.
Everyone we did so well with our July Dine to donate, that we would like to share our August Dine to donate and make sure that if you missed it, to add this one to your calendar. Let us know what you thought with your experience and thank you always for your continued support and enthusiasm.
This mama right here had her last litter a few months back, she was TNR'D through one of our clinics and released back into her colony. Love seeing her little ear tip roaming around freely and thriving in her home. To feral to take in, to lively to be couped up in a shelter, she wants what she knows and is roaming the streets she is a fixture within her colony.
Show this flyer tonight and donations are automatic to our cause, see you in a bit.
Big shout out to our colony volunteers, not exactly ours per say but kind hearted individuals who take it up on themselves to find a group of cats and act as trail angels. Bringing food, water, and medical help through TNR management. Thank you for stepping up and helping, you are seen, and you are appreciated.
