It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of a beloved member of our community, Tiffany Hennebelle.
Her sudden departure has left us all in shock, as she was a vibrant and dedicated part of our UFC GYM family, who always prioritized her health and fitness. Despite her efforts, an unforeseen illness took her from us too soon.

Our thoughts and condolences are with Tiffany’s husband, Andy Hennebelle, who found his perfect match in Tiffany. Both Andy and Tiffany have made an imprint in so many lives. Our hearts all go out to their families during this difficult time. We ask that you share in a moment of silence as we pay our respects to a beautiful soul that we all loved and lost too soon, Tiffany Hennebelle.

A lot of people have shaped the way Waikele is today. Whether you’ve been a coach, membership specialist, operations, or even just being a member, you’re part of our journey to turning 10 years old!

From moving to California in 2018 and battling mental health challenges after serving in the Army, Nelson Glass’s journey is a testament to resilience and determination. He overcame homelessness, lost 80 pounds through dedicated workouts, and found solace at UFC GYM, which “gave me a family that I didn’t have and community.”

Starting as a Membership Specialist at UFC GYM Huntington Beach in December 2021 and advancing to Assistant General Manager in Brea by March 2023, Nelson’s commitment to personal and professional growth was evident.

In September 2023, faced with family struggles and mental health concerns back on the East Coast, Nelson made a heartfelt decision to be closer to his loved ones. He reached out to his regional manager for a transfer, and with the unwavering support, Nelson swiftly moved to New York in October 2023.

Now, as the General Manager at UFC GYM Long Island, Nelson continues to inspire others. His mom trains with us, and his nephew also works out at the gym, embodying the sense of family and community that UFC GYM stands for.
Nelson’s story is a powerful reminder that at UFC GYM, we are more than just a gym—we are a family. 🏋️‍♂️❤️
