[Part 2] Each group created and developed their own biotech startup with a patented product over the course of the semester, giving us a chance to show off our creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. 💫 Highlights from the AI in Biotechnology Seminar, hosted by our GU Master’s in Biotechnology Program! 💫 In discussing the history of AI, applications in cancer drug modeling, and biosecurity, we had the opportunity to learn about the past, present, and future implications of AI 🧠

The seminar featured three distinguished speakers:

⭐️ Dr. Eric Stahlberg, Director of Cancer Data Science Initiatives at Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research
⭐️ Dr. Andrew Imbrie, Associate Professor at the School of Foreign Service at GU
