The CHCI-AA is excited to launch our National Service Project: Uplifting Immigrant Communities. Through this project, our alumni leadership will partner with grassroots organizations providing direct services to Latino immigrant communities in their respective regions.

Each year, from September 15 - October 15, across the U.S., the nation observes National Latinx Heritage Month by celebrating the rich histories, art, stories, and cultural contributions of those whose ancestry can be traced back to Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central, and South America.
This year, the CHCI Alumni Association New York Chapter has curated an in-person event that will focus, center, and celebrate Black, Indigenous, and Q***r people in our conversation regarding Latinidad.
