Milk puddings are a staple on Malai founder, family's table. Pooja vividly recalls a family visit to India watching her aunt boil sweet summer corn in rich milk. At the end, she stirred in a dash of saffron that added subtle notes of honey. Malai was founded at the start of summer as fresh corn was popping up at the farmer's market, and Pooja knew that she needed to honor the saffron corn pudding with a unique flavor - Sweet Corn Saffron!
