Hello Fans of Westmont Cruisin’ Night!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We have been asked to DOUBLE the size of our volunteer ranks during our weekly Westmont Cruisin’ Night events. We have about 10 members of our core group, but we need about 10 more people on a weekly basis. We need people to assist with welcoming car show participants, handing out car show information, watching event entrances and exits, assisting with set-up and teardown, guiding cars through the event, etc.

Hello Friends of Westmont Cruisin’ Nights & Street Fair -
Westmont Special Events pays close attention to weather forecasts and while we never want to cancel an event, we sometimes need to in order to keep people safe. We have direct communication with the National Weather Service which provides us with expert analysis and updates when we make these decisions. As of 2:45pm, it has been determined that there is a high possibility of thunderstorms and showers through at least 10p.m., which will impact our event, therefore we have made a decision to NOT close Cass Avenue for our usual Cruisin’ Nights event…
HOWEVER, car owners and guests are invited to come to downtown Westmont, parallel park your car on the street, park in a public parking lot or visit some of our local businesses & event sponsors including..
