Global Youth Soccer Training was designed to connect players with coaches in their respective area all around the World.
YST trains soccer players of all ages and levels. Training 1 on 1 can help get you or your child more attention then in a group session. YST provides players with the necessary training needed to strengthen their weaknesses and increase their overall soccer abilities. Available Training times: 6:00am-7:00pm

Interesting RFE variation I’ve seen a few times (sorry don’t remember where) that i thought I’d try out. I think it could be a good way to learn to keep your weight on the front foot but not sure about loading it heavy due to the instability.
Has anyone else tried this? What are your thoughts??

🔰Reaction Competition Drill
This game is for 3+ players.
One person is the leader and they can call right or left. Everyone else has to be ready to move in the direction they call to the next pole in that direction.
Each person is trying to tag the person in front of them if they’re too slow to react. If you get tagged you will have a punishment at the end of the round and depending on how many times you were tagged it gets worse.
For each new round change the leader and also the foot skill each player does on the pole as well as the positions of each player so they’re to the side of someone new.
⏱Each round should be 1 minute to 1 minute and 15 seconds long
⚠️This drill is good for foot skills, reactions, and speed of your first step

1. Inside R/L touch to opposite straight foot pass, angle pass, straight pass, straight pass
2. Outside R/L touch to same foot straight pass, angle pass, straight pass, outside foot touch, pass, back up, outside foot touch to center
3. Inside R/L touch to same foot straight pass, angle pass, straight pass, inside touch in front of the pole, you go behind the pole, straight pass, open body inside touch to center
4. Behind the back R/L touch to straight pass, angle pass, straight pass, behind the back touch back out, L-turn to center
