The annual Chamber of Commerce Halloween window painting contest kicked off today and Westport Pilates got lucky! Bedford MS 7th grader Sally created a wonderfully spooky picture on our window. Fingers crossed she scores another win!

Great energy in the studio today! Classical Pilates is alive and strong and we are perpetuating this with our next instructor certification program beginning tomorrow. It’s so rewarding to delve further into this amazing method!

What did you add or change in the last year... for Westport Pilates it was adding a Gratz Archive Reformer. Here is what they said about this reformer... I love the soft shoulder blocks for long back stretch. The width of the shoulder blocks provides great stability for Control Push Up Back.
The grip on the streamlined foot bar makes arabesque safer and therefore I can come closer to the exercises potential.
And Short Spine! I love the feel of the flat carriage as my spines rolls down into it- what a massage!
