Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program consisting of movements that are both constantly varied and functional, performed at high intensity.

Dimitri started working out with us again at the end of last year. He came back for the motivation, and has consistently made it in 3 days or more every week.
Over the last 3 months Dimitri has been feeling better overall, and surprised himself with new personal bests in the bench press and back squat. Something he hadn’t done while training just those lifts. All this while losing 7.3 lbs. of fat and gaining 2.9 lbs. of muscle!
Way to go, Dimitri! Keep up the strong work 💪

Congrats to CrossFit 781 Coach Zach Levy for qualifying for Semifinals!
In August Zach committed to seeing how far he could go in this year’s CrossFit Games season. We are so proud of Zach, his hard work and dedication. It has been a joy to watch him push himself, and take on this challenge with humility and a smile. We can’t wait to cheer for Zach in Semifinals!
We’re also super proud of all our athletes who took on Quarterfinals! Even though it’s an individual competition, our group was like a team, supporting each other throughout.
