Where did July go?! We hope everyone was able to enjoy their July 4th and the rest of the summer. Pictured is our All Team Meeting from July. We had a cookout and some tasty cake pops.

We know back to school is now on everyone’s mind! Wishing everyone a wonderful start to the school year.

We had a graduation celebration to congratulate our new billers for making it through our 8-12 week training program! We are so excited to watch these billers grow in our company.

We also want to thank those who put in the time to help train our new billers. We love that we can offer so much support to those new to the company!!

More bowling alley fun! Every month, we have team meetings. This month’s meeting was more play than work… who’s complaining? Not me!

Hey Wichita, We've been nominated many times in the recent years as in Wichita's Best Place to Work by the Wichita Business Journal This last year was no different. We were invited to celebrate the nomination with other wonderful businesses in the ICT area with a 90s themed party. It was "all that and a bag of chips". We are proud to say we placed top 4 in the large business category. If you are looking for a job with great community, look no further. We have that covered!

🎉Our last graduating group of 2023 from OBS training! 😍We had a lunch to celebrate the accomplishment. These billers have worked so hard to make it through our training. Help me give them a virtual round of applause!

For those who are curious, our training last 8-12 weeks, and teaches our billers about billing rules, insurance rules, and OBS processes for billing insurances for our optometry clinics. We aim to provide a strong foundation for our billers and continue to offer support even after training.

Our reindeers would like to wish you all a very merry holiday!!!

If you’re wondering what is going on, our management team had some fun at their team meeting. They competed to make the best set of antlers with balloons and tights. Which do you think is the best?!

OBS craft night was a hit! Lots of fun was had! Not to mention the cute, handmade gnome and snowmen decorations everyone got to take home 😍. Make sure you get to the last picture to see the finished products.

2023 OBS Holiday party was a blast! Thank you to everyone that made this event successful by planning, decorating, and joining in on the fun!

Wichita Casino Parties added excitement to the event while Shaken or Stirred Bartending kept our bellies full. We enjoyed having them at the shindig!

Our management team went out to enjoy each others company and some great food at Doo Dah Diner today. So much laughter took place and the food was delicious!
Something I learned today: Doo Dah is a nickname for Wichita. We love our city!

These 4 trainees have just made it through 8 weeks of training. The end is in site!! Keep it up, OBS billers!

We require all new billers, to OBS, to complete our training, specific to our processes and billing for optometry clinics. Training usually last 8 to 12 weeks. We have our new billers come on site and work in our training rooms to build community and to have support. Our All Team Meeting was fire today with quite a few winners from bingo! Prizes included: gift cards, PTO, and one lucky winner got a flat screen TV! Congrats winners!!!!

Presenting the OBS Incredi-Billers! We had a blast at Maize Super Days for the Maize Fall Festival. What a great turn out for the parade, and did you notice that float 😏! Then we enjoyed handing out capes and mask for kids to enjoy being Supers too! 🦸‍♀️ 🦸‍♂️

Maize Fall Festival - SUPER DAYS Parade information!

The Fall Festival Parade will be held on Saturday morning (October 14) starting at 10:00 AM.

Spectators may bring chairs or blankets to sit on and may line either side of the parade route, but are asked to stay along the curb line or far enough back to allow adequate room for the parade to travel.

Candy or items can be handed out or tossed underhanded but not thrown! Violators will be removed from the parade.

Parents, please watch out for your children. Be Safe, Enjoy the Parade and most importantly HAVE FUN!

Our HR team received a fun treat from Foulston Siefkin, a valued OBS partner. They enjoyed a night out celebrating all their hard work, a wonderful summer coming to an end, and Back to School on the cusp for our little ones. What better than a baseball game to accomplish this?! They went out and rooted on our local Wichita Wind Surge team to a victory! I’m sure it was a great night!

Speaking of back to school, we know families are busy getting the kids school supplies AND getting the children in for doctor appointments. This happens to make for a busy time of year for our clinics and, therefore, our OBS billers! OBS billers have been rocking it, sending claims out the door and keeping up with posting, making sure every claim gets paid!

We hope everyone had the best holiday week and enjoyed celebrating the 4th of July with loved ones. We had a nice celebration at OBS with a cookout. Co-workers had a great time socializing while one of the owners grilled up some tasty hotdogs to eat.
