Had an amazing time this weekend with taking their Barbell Rehab Method Certification course in person! Met so many educated professionals and learned as much as I could absorb from my peers, looking forward to being able to help more people overcome pain and find success on the health and fitness journeys!

Big shoutout to coach Johnnie for spending his weekend in Charlotte with like-minded individuals learning how to work around injuries while still lifting.

The organization offers great education, and the barbell rehab method certification is a great start. Most importantly, it aligns with what we love to do at BFP, and that is lift weights!

Some days I feel like I could’ve done so much more in my youth to prepare myself, and then some days I’m the youngest person in a professional group certification course. The duality of life can be interesting at times, moral of the story, always keep working 💪
