I’ve been getting some DM’s asking “What I’m working on” so here you go
Decided to embark on a new and ambitious endeavor and entered the food product arena. And if you ever do this Ill tell you the ISH ain’t easy and it mirrors dropping a rap album back in the 90’s. (Ill speak to that in a later post)
But after a year so so of testing and all the tings I’m suuuupppper excited to say – Live Loud Foods is gearing up to launch and being on the shelf.
Picture it (in my Sophia Petrillo voice): Two flavors: Caribbean Jerk Seasoned Nuts and Candied Citrus Pistachios that'll make your taste buds bust a wine!
Wanted to craft flavors that not only pack a punch but also bring a whole new level of excitement to snacking. Think Sahale snacks but with a bolder attitude.

Holiday Cooking with Chef Noel
We cooked 🍳 Honey mustard glazed salmon on IG live a recipe from his book (can be found on Amazon) and I made a Honey Blood Orange Margarita we both used the honey found in the Gourmet Diva Spice Box...
Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon
Whole grain Dijon mustard
Honey
Soy sauce
Fish sauce
Season your salmon with salt and pepper then pan-fry in a heated skillet on med-high heat for roughly 3 minutes on each sides. (Depending on thickness) 🤚combine all your sauce ingredients in a bowl, mix together and put aside.
🎊 Once your salmon fully cooked remove from pan and set aside then drain excess oil. Add sauce ingredients to frying pan along with the salmon and glaze it away. Enjoy.

Makes 1
For the Cantaloupe Purée:
* 1⁄4 cantaloupe (about 8 oz.)
For the Cocktail:
W H A T Y A N E E D!
* 2 oz. tequila
* 1 oz. cantaloupe purée (about 2 Tbsp.)
* 1 tbsp. agave nectar
* 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
* Melon balls, for garnish
Instructions
1. To make the cantaloupe purée, purée cantaloupe (with seeds) in a blender until smooth. Makes about 1 cup.
2. To make the cocktail, combine tequila, purée, agave, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously, then strain into a rocks glass with an ice cube. Garnish with melon balls.
