A few weeks ago I postes about a face I recently purchased....... I finally got to use and i must say I'm pretty pleased with it. It felt a bit awkward at first as it starts bubbling on your face. I left it for 15 min the rinsed my face with cold water, wiped dry then rubbed some moisturizer.. Skin is feeling softer and looking brighter

My favorite healthy breakfast: jungle oats and banna... What's your favorite breakfast???
Method:
Place one cup oats with salt to taste in a pot. Add warm water and place on the stove keep stiring until it boils lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes add milk let it simmer for about a minute. Dish out in a bowl and add freshly cut banana to it......... I've also tried it with strawberries

So I decided to create this group to support women with PCOS and also to make others aware of it.

Common symptoms of PCOS include:
irregular periods or no periods at all.
difficulty getting pregnant (because of irregular ovulation or failure to ovulate)
excessive hair growth (hirsutism) – usually on the face, chest, back or buttocks.
weight gain.
thinning hair and hair loss from the head.
oily skin or acne.
Thyroid and PCOS are Interconnected
Hypothyroidism is known to cause PCOS-like ovaries and overall worsening of PCOS and insulin resistance. An increased estrogen and estrogen/progesterone ratio seem to be directly involved in high thyroid antibody levels in PCOS patients.
