Add your porridge to a bowl add your milk, warm in the microwave for 40 sec, cut your banna and add then sprinkle your cinnamon depending on how you like it. Mix and enjoy ❤️

A few weeks ago I postes about a face I recently purchased....... I finally got to use and i must say I'm pretty pleased with it. It felt a bit awkward at first as it starts bubbling on your face. My favorite healthy breakfast: jungle oats and banna... What's your favorite breakfast???

Method:

Place one cup oats with salt to taste in a pot. Add warm water and place on the stove keep stiring until it boils lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes add milk let it simmer for about a minute. Dish out in a bowl and add freshly cut banana to it......... I've also tried it with strawberries

I created this group for women to share they stories and experiences, to give advice to each other. I remember when I was told I had PCOS. I felt alone no one could really understand what I was going through..... I Remember the first thing said to me was Omg you not going to have children. So I decided to create this group to support women with PCOS and also to make others aware of it.

Common symptoms of PCOS include:

irregular periods or no periods at all.

difficulty getting pregnant (because of irregular ovulation or failure to ovulate)

excessive hair growth (hirsutism) – usually on the face, chest, back or buttocks.

weight gain.

thinning hair and hair loss from the head.

oily skin or acne.

Thyroid and PCOS are Interconnected
Hypothyroidism is known to cause PCOS-like ovaries and overall worsening of PCOS and insulin resistance. An increased estrogen and estrogen/progesterone ratio seem to be directly involved in high thyroid antibody levels in PCOS patients.
