*According to the Scholars 3 Kinds of Sleep is Disliked:*

1. *The Sleep between Fajr and sunrise* - It is the beginning of the day and the whole day depends on what happens during this time.
2. *The Sleep at Asr time* - there is no benefit from sleep at this time and can be harmful to you.
3. *The Sleep straight after sunset until the twilight has disappeared* - The Prophet (Peace be upon him) disliked it and therefore it is disliked.

We should try our best to avoid tiring ourselves and sleeping during these times.

_Creation is based on balance and whoever adheres to moderation has achieved all goodness._

In Al-Adab Al-Kubra, one of the wise men said: *Drowsiness takes away reason, but sleep increases it.*

Homocysteine is an amino acid that causes damage to your arteries. Its no wonder that High levels of Homocysteine have been linked to an increased risk for Heart Attack and Stroke.
