IOM holds its 2nd Prevention of Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (PSEA) Training program. Zero tolerance for SEA, strengthening the capacity of management and board members to prevent, mitigate risks, & respond effectively.
IOM’s SRHR-HIV KNB’s project is empowering Change Agents through HIV Testing Services training. Together, we strive to enhance HIV testing services, define target populations to benefit from our services, & strengthen linkages to care, treatment, & SRH services.

The Director of recently visited 's pre-migration health assessment clinic and expressed admiration for impressive services provided to migrants. Pre-migration health services, is one way IOM is concretely ensuring regular migration pathways are being operationalised & expanded for South Africans, & persons departing South Africa. Congratulation to the committed team for their impactful efforts!
Valuable discussion today as the Director of & leadership discussed crucial points on promoting the health of refugees and migrants in South Africa:

✅ 1-UN toward supporting RSA’s process towards UHC and the NHI
✅ Utilizing data-driven approaches to inform evidence-based policies and intervention
✅ A strong IOM-WHO partnership to support RSA in its regional commitments to orderly, regular and humane migration
