Luke has been with us for a few weeks now. Getting up before the sun to help our AM team smash out their sessions with his determination and vast knowledge on all things resistance and bodybuilding!

โIโve been a PT for about 4 years now working mainly with online coaching but also 1 on 1 and now group training at F45. I initially started training to assist with my footy but developed a love for resistance training and Bodybuilding which Iโve now done 3 competitions.โ
