Meet our concussion clinic practitioner, Dr Rachel Driscoll. Rachel, alongside Dr Alex Scrivener will alternate on a weekly basis to conduct acute concussion assessments and offer guidance and support for post-concussion recovery and return to sport.

WELCOME BEN & RICK! We are excited to welcome two new Yoga Instructors to 10 South, Ben and Rick 🧡🧘
Rick teaches his classes in an authentic manner, full of challenges and with plenty of time to find your own way on the mat, his compassionate style helps beginners and seasoned yogis find space in their body, mind and soul. Rick will be taking Monday 12.15pm Yoga.
Ben, a dad of two boys, has been practising Yoga for ten years. He loves helping people to get the most out of their bodies through their practice and enjoys working with new and advanced students. Ben will be taking Saturday 11.30am Yoga.

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🏅🏃
Last Saturday 17th of Feb, member Phil Lamb was entered into New Zealand’s premier 100k trail running event near Rotorua, which is part of the Ultra Trail Mont Blanc (UTMB) World Series.
Phil only started trail running 4 years ago and he has so far managed about a dozen shorter distance events between 20 and 66km’s - and that includes a few 50km trail events, a couple of Stage Races and two trail running holidays to Europe.
It has been a goal of Phil’s for around 3 years to attempt a +100km event! Phil joined 10 South over 2 years ago, beginning his fitness journey training with Personal Trainer, Rosie Slimmon once a week, however in the past year he has increased this to two personal training sessions a week. Phil expressed that with Rosie’s help they have worked a lot on overall strength, core, and general balance & mobility. “Its all really worked!! Shes been awesome! Just knows stuff!”
Phil completed the Marathon in 17 hours and 53 mins, nailing his three main goals which included - finishing the race, completing it within a time range between 18-20 hours and minimise injury! Phil also finished 8th in his age category, crossing the line at 1:30am in the morning!
