We love 2 let teens know that "It's OK 2 Just BU". Be yourself Be strong Be proud Just Be YOU 💜
Just BU In School Panels focus on 3 “Role Models” from different backgrounds ( sporting, public figures, business and community) who share their personal story, with a focus on school based issues such as career choices, bullying, mental health issues, positive lifestyle choices, social diversity and positive self esteem and body image. Just BU provides teenagers a forum in which they can listen to real and inspirational stories and experiences in life from current female and male role models.
we choose YOU to be our Monday Mentor this week.Thankyou for reminding us that sometimes things don’t go the way we plan or hope but being true to yourself and celebrating the ups and the downs is all part of our unique journey called LIFE and that’s OK. Harry you are a champion inside and out ⭐️👏
Could YOU be our next Monday Mentor? Do you have an inspiring or motivating story, some tips or life gems that you would like to share with teens? DM us for more info, we’d love to hear from YOU ⭐️
We’re soo excited to feature the fabulous and bubbly Bianca Dye as our newest Monday Mentor. Bianca always speaks from her heart and she’s not not afraid to share her life journey-the ups and the downs-but always with compassion, authenticity and often a laugh! Like many of us at times she has experienced anxiety, even depression and her gem is to try and get out of your head-go to the gym, exercise with mates, go for bike ride or a walk. It’s helped Bianca and she hopes it might also help YOU

Loved hearing after his finals win speak so highly of his parents and with such gratitude for the way in which they have allowed him the opportunity to just be himself! It’s not always easy to get that balance between how your parents think your future should look and how YOU see your future-it can be tricky! But having the support and belief of your parents, family and friends is a wonderful gift and acknowledging this goes a long way. For all of the students that have started back at school this week Jannik is a lovely reminder of how this next year could look for each and every one of us.. ✔️💯 We can’t wait to see what happens next for Jannik..

Happy New Year 🎉
Wow, who else feels like 2022 just flew by? So many positives..and maybe even a couple of negatives for each of us but it was definitely a year to start appreciating some of the little things we took for granted before Covid and really enjoy living our lives with no restrictions. YOU did it! What’s something you’re hoping to take into 2023?
Just Be U…beautiful and amazing inside and out 💜💜
As the school year comes to an end ( for some it’s already over!) what are you grateful for?? Thanks for getting us started
This pandemic is having a devastating effect on the mental health and well-being of our youth- weeks of home schooling, being isolated from the outside world and the loss of not being able to engage socially with peers and mates is a daily struggle for many. So having “End the Silent Epidemic” ETSE founder Emma as our Monday Mentor couldn’t have come at a more important time.
Emma has struggled with her own mental health since childhood but now through “End the Silent Epidemic” she is able to share some of her experiences, insights and gems learnt along the way with other teens- some of these gems have actually saved her during some of her darkest moments and we are so grateful for that
We really hope that Emma’s caring words and open heart resonate with many of you today- that they remind you that YOU are not alone, YOU are important and special and that YOU can make a positive choice today that really means something to so many people.
It’s up to all of us to be there for each other, to reach out and let each other know that It’s OK not to be OK...💜💜
Here we go again Melbourne...you’ve got this! The thought of home schooling for many of us can cause some anxiety and loneliness but the key is to take one day at a time, stay focused on one lesson or task and just try your best to accept and embrace what you can - and can’t- control. Plus the big positive is that you’ll be able to sleep in and stay in your PJs when it’s freezing outside in the morning- we love that! YOU got this ⭐️👍
Shout out... Could YOU be our next Monday Mentor? Do you or someone in your organization have an inspiring story or some great tips that you’d like to share with teens? DM us for more info...we’d love to hear from you!
