Our Toastmaster for the evening of Tuesday 25 April will help us to explore and reflect on the meaning of Anzac Day, which commemorates the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War... and more broadly, those ANZACS who served and died in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations.
Join us for this thought-provoking theme. All are welcome, including new guests who may wish to observe our proceedings. Please email [email protected] for the meeting invitation and zoom link.

🎉We invite you from anywhere in the world to join our meetings via zoom, which are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

You will benefit greatly from the opportunity to meet other students and people from various countries throughout the world; as a way of engaging with the university environment (but you don’t have to be a student to join us!); socialising with your peers; developing your language and presentation skills; and gaining confidence in expressing yourself, especially if English is your second language.

Our meetings start at 6.15pm Australian Eastern Standard Time and we understand there may be time differences in your country. We include some corresponding sample time zones for your reference -

Beijing 3.15pm; Jakarta 10.15pm; London 7.15am; Malaysia 3.15pm; Mumbai 12.45pm; New York 2.15am; Nigeria 8.15am; Paris 8.15am; Saudi Arabia 10.15am; Sri Lanka 12.45pm; Vancouver 1.15pm.
