Hi All,
We are rebranding to better reflect the services we provide. Although the name ‘Complete Sports Care’ has become synonymous with the quality exercise-based sports injury care we provide, our team offer much more. Some people are put off by the focus of the term ‘Sport’ in our name, thinking they are in the wrong place. The truth is, we have expertise to help people from all walks of life achieve their goals, whether that playing with their kids or grand kids, getting back into walking or running without pain, getting back to work, recovering from various sporting and non-sporting injuries, or returning to play and optimising sporting performance. Our new name, ‘Complete. Physio Exercise Performance’, will reflect this diversity.
Warm regards,
Christian
With the new move comes a re-brand!

Hello,
I met Christian Barton (co-director of CSC) in circa 2010 when we were both working clinically as physiotherapists and doing university research work in London. We quickly bonded over a shared passion for high quality, research-informed health care for people with musculoskeletal pain. Upon returning to Melbourne (home for both of them) in circa 2011 (me) and 2012 (Christian) we opened Complete Sports Care at the current location in Hawthorn.
The last 10 years at this location the clinic has grown. We now have 8 experienced staff. All have postgraduate qualifications or have completed or are studying towards a PhD. With the help of our staff we have developed a reputation for successful management of persistent musculoskeletal pain. We pride ourselves on delivering the best care, informed by the latest research, that is consistent with our patients' preferences and values. Our focus is empowering people to take control of their condition via active strategies including exercise and modification of activities.
Given our growth, the time has come to upsize. By the end of the year we will be moving to a new premises in Richmond, taking on a new co-director (David Thwaites, one of our longest serving physiotherapists) and rebranding.
Daunting and exciting, but we are motivated by the potential to provide cutting edge care in really cool surroundings. Watch this space!
Warm Regards
Peter
