Merry Christmas to all of our members and our team!
Kieser clinics will be closed today, Christmas Day, and tomorrow, Boxing Day, and will re-open Wednesday 27 December for you to finish 2023 strong!
Don't forget that Kieser Members have access to train at all Kieser clinics Australia-wide. To find out if there is a clinic near you this holiday season, visit https://www.kieser.com.au/locations.
What a month at Kieser! Throughout December our clinic teams welcomed over 1,900 members across 26 end-of-year parties, including trivia nights, lawn bowls, BBQs, park celebrations, and in-clinic parties.
Thank you to all of our members for being part of the Kieser community and for taking time out of this busy month to celebrate your training achievements in 2023 with fellow members and our team!
Kieser Northcote client Malcolm recently joined his wife Birgit in achieving 1,000 Kieser training sessions, taking their total as a couple to over 2,000!
What are Malcolm's tips for 1,000 sessions in 9 years?
ā«ļø Train every second day
ā«ļø Alternate between two programs
ā«ļø Always go in the morning, after breakfast, so that you never have to 'fit it in' once you start your daily activities
ā«ļø Plan appointments and other activities around set training days.
What are your tips for consistent training?
Consistency is key! Before taking a break from training when travelling this holiday season, remember that Kieser members can train at any of our 26 clinics across VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS & SA.
At every Kieser clinic, members will experience:
ā«ļøA familiar environment
ā«ļøAccess to your program via the Kieser Connect app
ā«ļøA warm smile and friendly Kieser welcome as you enter the door!
Congratulations to the team at Kieser Ascot who have been building stronger lives in South East Queensland for one year!

Kieser Ocean Grove clients Roy and Lea are not only strong at Kieser, they're also champions on the Pickleball court!
At the recent Australian Open Pickleball Championships in Sydney, Roy took out the Australian National Triple Crown title in his age group in the menās singles and doubles, plus the mixed doubles with Lea. Lea also brought home the bronze in the women's doubles.
Congratulations to this dynamic husband and wife team on their strength and success!
Now the weather is warmer, you might be thinking about dusting off the clubs and hitting the golf course.
If you've had a quiet winter, itās a good idea to think about your condition before starting (or re-starting) any activity.
To help minimise your risk of injury, consider a Kieser Strength Training Program for Golf before you take that first swing.
Kieser Strength Training Programs for Golf As we get older we lose muscle mass and strength. In the context of golf this leads to earlier fatigue, loss of swing control and the inevitable aches and pains, all of which impact on-course performance. Just as itās important to maintain swing technique, keeping the body in shape also pays subst...
The Kieser Winter Ball and Awards Night is a wonderful opportunity to recognise the hard work and commitment of the Kieser team. Congratulations to everyone who won an award.

Thank you to our Kieser Northcote members who joined us for our inaugural trivia night last week. It was a fabulous night and great to build connections outside the clinic. Shout out to Cafe for hosting our event. See you all again at our Christmas event.
Kieserās exclusive Swiss ā engineered strength training machines are designed to safely isolate specific muscle groups so you can confidently train and rebuild strength. And to ensure all of our new clients are safely using the machines with the correct technique, the first six sessions are accompanied by one of our expert Exercise Scientists or Exercise Physiologists.
āHow active should I be?ā is a question we got asked often at Kieser. We know that staying active regularly is essential for good physical and mental health and wellbeing. But the amount of activity varies, depending on your age, and thatās why at Kieser we use the Australian Physical Activity Guidelines as one input into creating the most appropriate training programs for our clients.
Time your strength training sessions to perfection and keep track of your health journey with the Kieser Konnect app. Created exclusively for Kieser Australia, the Kieser Konnect app guides you through every workout on each machine used and takes the guess work out of building a stronger you.
Professional development is at the heart of everything we do at Kieser. Each new team member, no matter their position, spends time with our experienced teaching team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists to learn more about the Kieser treatment philosophy. We host our new team at our training facility at National Clinic Support where we have dedicated space and resources to ensure our team are as highly trained as possible.
Our Winter Ball and Awards gave us the opportunity to recognise a special milestone. Congratulations on 10 years of service to Sam Kearney.
Sam is the 12th person to reach this incredible milestone. Through the years, her talents and efforts have helped our success and we are so proud of her commitment.
Sam is an outstanding team member and her commitment to her team and clients are second to none. Thank you for your years of service Sam, and we canāt wait to see where you go from here.
At Kieser, we know there are many reasons why our clients enjoy strength training. And for many of them, those reasons are outside of the clinic! Let us know your reason why, and we will help you achieve your goals.
Thank you to our Ocean Grove members who attended our Unveiling EP event last week. We hope you had a great time and were able to get a bit more insight into all things EP!
