You are welcome to try our physiotherapy classes that target spinal pain rehabilitation. Our clinicians are very experienced, averaging 15 years of experience each. We run 30 classes a week with classes running 6 days a week and have clinicians consulting daily to accommodate most hours of the day.

We are moving premises to 133 Heatherdale Rd in Vermont Vic 3133 on the 1st August 2023.

5 Tips to keep active at home during COVID 19 restrictions:
1. Take a break from sitting with walking or standing up after 10-15minutes.
2. Small shrugs of the shoulders can reduce tension in the upper shoulders after sitting at the computer.
3. Avoid going to the fridge too often in the day
4. Get out of the house for some fresh air.
5. Keep up with your cardio vascular work out 1 to 2 times per week.
