OATS SO GOOOOOOOOOOD!

You'll find a different oats / porridge recipe each week on the 30x30 meal plans, and loads more you can delve into in our recipe finders. Winter means warm porridge galore, and also mandarin season in Australia... oh my word, the seedless mandarins are so juicy and delicious right now! These are a taste sensation with porridge and nuts and drizzle of honey.

For the mad mornings where you don't have time to prep at all, or maybe you're in the office or on the go first thing... we've got overnight oats options and 5 mins the night before means you wake up to breakfast ready for you the next day in the fridge! These are a game changer and will leave you full, also a great chance to get some protein in too, and fibre which is super important!

The nutrient composition of oats is well-balanced. They are a good source of carbs and fibre, including the fibre beta-glucan . Oats are also a good source of high quality protein , with a good balance of essential amino acids. Oats are loaded with important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant plant compounds.

One of the best things about taking on a HIIT Factory challenge?

Waking up on a Monday with breakfast made already! If your house is anything like ours on a Monday morning (wild with getting one ready for school and two for daycare 😬) … life is so so much easier when there’s breakfast to grab in the fridge ready to heat and eat. Even better, breakfast that tastes amazing, has a few serves of veggies in it and also plenty of protein to help with those protein intake goals.

That’s why, over the 30 days of our challenge starting this Sat 25th May, we’ve carefully selected an easy to prepare frittata to make on a Sunday ready for Monday brekkie served with toast if desired, and Tuesday lunch served with salad. These are our highest rated Frittatas and we have plenty more to choose from in our recipe finder. Oh… and we introduce a zucchini slice for week 1, too! So good.

We've got you covered with all bases in our upcoming meal plan & recipe guide! So many amazing flavoursome and nutritious scrambles, some quick fried eggs and poached... the style we all LOVE but let's face it, sometimes don't turnout perfect 🤣 we help you there too and have a pretty failsafe method.

The breakfasts on the plans are AMAZING. Weekday they're as fast as a HIIT class, super quick and easy to make and often we have ones that can be prepped the night before like a Frittata or overnight oats. Weekends you've got the option of taking a little more time if you have it, but of course you can chop and change to suit what you love and the time you have. You'll have HUNDREDS to choose from with a simple search in our digital hub!

A DAY ON A PLATE with our 30x30 challenge... deliciousness awaits...

We kick off our next big transformation challenge on 25th of May, and we want to show you that you can transform your fitness in just 30 days. A big part of feeling fit is feeling good from the inside, and what we eat is absolutely key to this, as well as fuelling our body for success. The 30x30 challenge comes with a laid out meal plan (+ full vegetarian plan) with all macros broken down so you can also keep on top of your protein intake to help muscle maintenance and growth, and calorie intake to help with fatloss.

You will have access to hundreds (600+) additional recipes over the 30 days (and lead up so you can prepare) so that you can easily sub things in and out to suit you and the needs of your family / household / schedule. You can also enjoy things on repeat as often as you desire and make bigger batches which can help a lot with budgeting too. Love something and it hits the spots with your own protein and fatloss goals? Well, repeat repeat repeat! Use the plan as a guide and tailor it to work for you.

Here's a typical day on a plate for our HIIT Factory challengers.. and look away if you're hungry, this food is always mouth wateringly good!

The total daily calories in this sample day on a plate is 1677 and over 110g of protein. We had an amazing time down at the beach this morning for our end of 6 week challenge group run TT! Every single runner in this photo BLITZED their 3km or 5km run time trial from 6 weeks ago!

And when we say blitzed, we mean annihilated by minutes even up to 3 and 4 mins off!

Our training is absolutely sensational for helping you become a better runner. Building muscle, getting those fast twitch muscles working hard through our plyometric work and increasing cardio fitness and output. It really is like magic 💫

Big well done to our crew this morning and the TT route is marked out and you can complete it any time up until this coming Friday as part of the challenge (from the Kiosk at the surf club to the timeball for 5km). ***The HIIT Factory Challenge starting Feb 5th!***

Last year, we introduced 2 versions of our 6 week challenge meal plans, one a mainstream plan including fish and chicken dishes, and also a full vegetarian plan. We have a huge catalogue of amazing vegetarian recipes, and we keep the plan as in tune with the mainstream one as possible, which is simple to do because we have so many vegetarian recipes in the main plan.

Maybe you want to add more veggie days to the mix, maybe you're pescetarian, vegetarian or vegan (easily tweaked for vegan), and we hope you love all the amazing and colourful veggie options we have! If you're doing our 6 week challenge, you will get access to both plans this week (Go live date 31st Jan) and you can dive between both or stick with one, and you will also have access to hundreds of recipes outside of the meal plan!

Eating lots of vegetarian meals can have various health benefits, as plant-based diets are often rich in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants.
