Sarah, a 28-year-old runner training for a marathon 🏃‍♀️& James, a 22-year-old soccer player ⚽️, both presented at our clinic with persistent shin pain. It’s been one of our most common issues coming into the clinic of late – Shin Splints. 😫🦵

Both Sarah & James benefited greatly from a multimodal approach combining shockwave therapy, targeted exercises, and appropriate footwear adjustments.
