We are giving away x2 $1000 cash prizes!
Prizes will be going to 1 male and 1 female participant.
Judging is based on multiple factors and is judged by your coaches here at Port Melbourne.
Depending on your mission: whether it's to lose fat, build muscle, develop healthier habits, these will all be taken into account with our studio judging.
Plus there is also the chance to win the BFT Global prize of $10,000!!

Our 8 week challenge kicks off on Monday 12th February!
We are hosting an info night to go through everything with you all next Tuesday 6th Feb at 630pm.
We'll touch on evolt scans, nutrition, training, the studio prizes and more.
Unfortunately there will be no 630pm class this day to accommodate for this info night. Sorry to those late night trainers.
No need to book, just turn up. We will be starting at 630pm sharp so please don't be late.

Herb was a member a couple of years back, then had a 9 month hiatus to take care of his kids and have shoulder surgery, and since he's been back he placed 2nd in one of our 8 week challenges, and smashed through to 250 sessions!

Let's see if we can leave some of these bad habits behind such as doing cardio on our weights days in the rest periods, leaving without stretching and skipping the Beast Mode class! π€ͺ
And let's see if we can do more things like keeping the gym floor tidy for other members by putting our weights and KBs away, taking a load off of the coaches too! Let's arrive on time so we hear the talk time and get our BFT3 monitor on in time to start earning points. And let's start coming to Balanaced a lot more often, especially as we all now know the importance of the session π
