So I Tried out some New Functional Training & Recovery stretches when I got home tonight after work.. πŸ’ͺ😎 Make sure to keep up Your Stretches after your training sessions guys to help prevent Cramping, Tightness & Restriction of movement & joint mobility.. Make sure to move your body for at least 30minutes each day to help boost your mood & get the blood flow going... Please let me know if you need any tips.. Trust me,
