This Sunday as part of my table at I will be launching a new edition of 'Global Liberal Media Please' by Kyle McGee of https://democraticmediaplease.net/ which I illustrated back in 2015.
This new hand finished booklet will be $20 with all monies from sales donated to https://para.org.au/ who help with ongoing living costs for newly arrived Palestinian migrants and refugees, including food and essential goods and services.
Remember also that all donations to PARA are tax-deductible.

I am happy to be presenting a new talk with the New York Comics Symposium this month on Silent Army Projects and the Australasian comics scene.

The talk will be a first hand account of working within a socio-cultural discourse of comic art in Australia, with a focus on artist anthologies made by the imprint Silent Army. There will be a focus on my practice in the independent comics scene as an editor and small press publisher over the last 20 years or so in Naarm (Melbourne, Australia).
I will be showing images of activities in my hometown during this time and cover my involvement in the past 10 years with artist communities in South East Asia (one of which is this photo here of a mural made with friends in Yogyakarta in 2018).

Another fun little drawing session on the weekend at our last event for a while.
