We are excited to launch the ACTIVE person of the week. Each week we want you to send in a photo, video or message about how you got ACTIVE this week. Can be anything big or small, a new pb or trying something for the first time. We want you to be proud of your achievements and how you’ve gotten moving through the week so we can all celebrate and encourage you. And if you are too shy to send it yourself then get a friend to send it in for you! ( but don’t be shy )

Each week we will shout out one amazing person from our community so we can all send out encouragements and cheers 🙌

First run sesh was a vibe!

Join us tomorrow, 8:30 at the Frankston Yacht Club. All abilities welcome 🏃🏽‍♀️ 🏃🏽‍♂️

Smells like spring. Feels like spring. It’s not spring but we’re gonna run like it’s spring!

Join us Saturdays for the next 12 weeks as we run, walk, jog and coffee.

Our goal is the Frankston Running Festival on the 19th of November so set a goal and let us help you achieve it. We’re better together 💪🏽

Great seeing some old a new faces today.

Tackling the wind to Black Rock and then enjoying the push from it on the way home. A round trip of 50km in the sun.

Finished it all off with a coffee at The Active Hub and a cheeky hit of table tennis.

We’re looking ahead to Around The Bay In A Day in October so jump on our fortnightly groupies if you’re keen and need some training mates.

If you tag 2-3 mates, and they tag you and each other back before June 15th, your first game of 3x3 next term will be waived if you register a team together!

We’ve done it! 1000kms in 7 days.
21 cyclists and 12 support crew have made their way from Adelaide to Melbourne and raised over $125,000 for children in need in Papua New Guinea.
We’re super proud of our riders, the support that got them through it and the sponsors and donors that made it worth it. Fundraising update to come very soon but if you're feeling inspired, join us for our group ride this Saturday the 20th May, leaving 7am from The Active Hub (16 Heversham Drive, Seaford). Hope to see you there!

This is table tennis our rules.

The Main thing is that we have an epic fun time, but we dont mind a bit of competion.

Your team of 2 plays against another team of 2 for 7 mins, and the team with the highest score at the end of the 7 mins wins that match.

We will have a few rounds and end with the top teams playing off to get into the finals.

We will have prizes to win and food to eat, feel free to bring your own bats otherwise we have you covered.

Sickest team outfit wins a prize.
