Imagine all that we hope to bring to life this coming year. We plant our seeds of Intentions for the next 12 months, we actively hibernate, preparing our bodies and souls for when the sun and the warmth return and our seeds germinate in the earth and head toward the sun.⁣

I’m trying to remember how I came across Cacao. It was well over 7 years ago. And to be honest I think Cacao found me. I was a pretty avid coffee drinker. Lived in Melbs, that’s kind of what you do there. I loved coffee, it was my daily thing, it was a way to connect with the peeps at the coffee shop, catch up with friends, keep me going through my busy days, and probably a bit of a coping mechanism to get me through some sticky situations.⁣

Cacao found me at a different time in my life. I’d moved on from quite a stressful working environment, I’d discovered Yoga Nidra, was looking after my health, connecting to my spiritual Self. And then one day I found . I felt compelled to buy a bag instantly. It arrived and I don’t think I looked back.⁣

What’s on my heart: just a small personal share for your Sunday.
I recently received some interesting news about my health, which kinda explains how I’ve been feeling emotionally, physically and energetically. Doing all the things that are really good for me, but still feel pretty blah. So this was welcomed news.

When I’m not feeling 💯 I can find it hard to have the confidence and courage to share and show up in spaces like this. Happy to share what I’m doing, but not necessarily share from my heart around what’s going on for me.

I spend time connecting with my inner landscape, often checking the walls of my heart for what is written there and what memories and stories are on those walls. Some can be really positive for my system, others really have me in a tail spin.

𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯, 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘰, 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯.

So sorry if you’ve maybe not seen me much on here. I find comfort and accountability in sharing my daily practice, but this year I’ve set intentions around inspiring more and more people to honour their amazing Self through a Sacred Practice.

So I’m getting my body and energy body back on track and with that desperately wanting to bring on all the inspiration & connection for us al here. Engaging, sharing, making magic together.

I’m here to share, that this month, I’m bringing more of this fun, hilarious, light hearted energy into my Space and being. ⁣
⁣
I’ve felt pretty weighed down in the heart of late. Walking around in what’s felt like a giant fu***ng cloud of grief. Saying goodbye to people you love is hard, no matter where they’ve gone. ⁣
⁣
So in witnessing these feelings and no I’m not just ignoring them. I’m still allowing the feelings to be felt. I’ve just decided I’m going to bring more album cover energy, more being hilarious energy, more being alive energy, more being grateful energy into this new month.⁣
⁣

Flowers, trees, eggs and newborn life have come into Abundance and there is an urging within us at this time to create, give, birth and ‘𝘥𝘰’ wonderful things. ⁣

Longer days bringing the magic of new growth and Mother Earth is at her most beautiful and feminine. ⁣

The Goddess is in the full beauty of her maidenhood and covers the Earth with flowers and love. ⁣

This is also a time to honour the masculine within us and celebrate a state of doing and action.⁣

As part of practicing Yoga Nidra you set yourself a San Kalpa, an Intention. Something that you desire to bring into your life.⁣
⁣
You word it as if you’re already living it. You repeat it 3 times in your minds eye.⁣
⁣
Could be something like ‘𝘐 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦’.⁣
⁣
Toward the end of the practice you repeat it again, 3 times in your minds eye. 𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦.⁣

You bring the same San Kalpa/Intention to each practice until you feel you’re living it. ⁣
⁣
Before we officially close the practice I share a Mudra. 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘢 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴, the Mudra is chosen for the season we are practicing in. ⁣
⁣
And this anchors your intention into a hand gesture. Something that you can take with you, bringing that intention and Mudra into your daily life. Could be when you’re meditating, sitting on a train, in a meeting. ⁣
⁣
You can bring a Mudra into your day at any time. Okay maybe not if you’re operating heavy machinery or driving. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯. ⁣
